We aim to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure services to support your business operations.
- Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards issued in the United States, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All transactions are processed securely.
- Shipping and Hardware Fulfillment
While most of our services are digital and delivered remotely, certain VoIP or IT services may require physical hardware or devices.
- Hardware orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.
- Standard shipping time is 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
- Refund Policy
Due to the nature of IT services, we do not offer refunds on services rendered. However, if a customer is mistakenly charged, we will promptly issue a full refund upon verification. Please contact our support team immediately if you believe an error has occurred.
- Cancellation Policy
Service cancellations must be requested before the end of the current billing period to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
- Requests received after the billing period has ended may result in continued service and associated charges for the following period.
