We aim to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure services to support your business operations.

  1. Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards issued in the United States, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All transactions are processed securely.

  1. Shipping and Hardware Fulfillment

While most of our services are digital and delivered remotely, certain VoIP or IT services may require physical hardware or devices.

  • Hardware orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Standard shipping time is 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
  1. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of IT services, we do not offer refunds on services rendered. However, if a customer is mistakenly charged, we will promptly issue a full refund upon verification. Please contact our support team immediately if you believe an error has occurred.

  1. Cancellation Policy

Service cancellations must be requested before the end of the current billing period to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

  • Requests received after the billing period has ended may result in continued service and associated charges for the following period.
